Acceptance.
Your completion of the GetMedsDirect™ membership registration process and
submission of your application is your agreement to the following terms
and conditions.

non-refundable. Only in cases of fraud will the payment be refunded.
We have had to adopt this policy because too many people would join,
gather all our information and make a claim for Refund. please review the

All memberships are automatically renewed at the end of their term. I
agree that Purpose of trial memberships is to allow non members to
see content before purchasing. I agree
and understand that this is an Automatic renewing
Membership and must give notice no later than 3 days
in advance of the renewal date.
Example: A Member joins on the 26th of the month; his/her membership
will automatically be renewed the 26th of the following month
(renewal period). It is each Member's responsibility to cancel
prior to the renewal date if the membership is to be terminated. please contact
www.Etelegate.com for information on
how to not renew your membership at the end of its term. This is to
ensure we receive your request to cancel renewal.

basis. GetMedsDirect™ expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind,
express or implied including, without limitation, any warranty of fitness
for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Each
member uses GETMEDSDIRECT.COM at member's own risk. Each member agrees
that any material or data downloaded or obtained through the use of
GETMEDSDIRECT.COM is at member's own risk and that member will be solely
responsible for any damage to member's computer system or loss of data
that results from the download of such material and/or data.
GetMedsDirect™ does not make any warranty regarding any goods or services
purchased or obtained through GetMedsDirect™ or any transactions entered
into through GETMEDSDIRECT.COM.
9.
Limitation of
Liability. GetMedsDirect™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or the
inability to use GETMEDSDIRECT.COM or messages received or transactions
entered into through GETMEDSDIRECT.COM or resulting from unauthorized
access to or alteration of member's transmissions or data.
10.
Promotional
Messages. GetMedsDirect™ may, from time to time, send e-mail messages to
members containing advertisements or promotions. GetMedsDirect™ does not
make any representation or warranty with respect to the content of any
such e-mail messages or any goods or services which may be obtained from
such third parties.
11.
Indemnification. Each member agrees to indemnify and hold GetMedsDirect™
and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees harmless from all
claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third
party due to or arising out of member's use of GetMedsDirect™, the
violation of the terms and conditions, or the infringement by member, of
any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Feedback and
comments. GETMEDSDIRECT.COM enables visitors to its site to post
feedback, comments, and other content to the site. Your log-in name will
be posted with your feedback, comments or other content and will allow
other registered members to contact you by email. If you post feedback,
comments, or other content on the site, you grant GETMEDSDIRECT.COM and
its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and
fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish,
translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such
